OnceQueueto lock installation, export, and tree traversals. Fixed-point conflict reachability uses a resolver-localReachabilityQueue, allowing a state to be revisited only when its accumulated marker changes while suppressing duplicate pending states. Install-target roots and lock-manifest requirements are selected throughInstallable, keeping workspace group shadowing consistent across consumers.
