Description of changes:
IngestionRequestLatency Metric unit have as mismatch between documentation and CloudWatch. CloudWatch screen identified "correctly" as in Milliseconds, while documentation states it is published in Seconds.
Vendors, like DataDog, correctly dimension it based on the documentation, which causes mismatch between DataDog and CloudWatch.
