Add FAQ for deploy command

I wonder if it wouldn't be better to simply point out the label expectations in the core text and follow up by saying that to deploy a public image one has to tag the image themselves?

dunno, that could also works, but being not a primary use case, maybe this FAQ section can be enough. WDYT?

Or let's wait for the resolution on the PR supporting public images as accessories? There should be one recommended way to do this. I only commented that it might be a bit weird having FAQ section on one of the pages and not others.
