Retrospective notes: This milestone included a release of backlogged ready for release fixes, carryover of bugs from the release and major issues with the resource storage location mandatory field. Essentially, had one FTE tied up doing troubleshooting. It also had an inception day for the whole team.

This initial sprint will be 2 weeks long to align timing with the Data Innovation Program. Retrospective notes: being the first sprint for the new agile team, much of it was about rooming in. Team members were quick to jump in and deal with bug fixes. Acknowledgement that transfers from environments, versioning and having reliable test cases are an issue and will be an ongoing issue.
