These mappings were produced with the following command:

$ git clone https://github.com/biopragmatics/biomappings.git
$ cd biomappings
$ pip install -e .[web,predict-lexical]
$ biomappings predict lexical chmo goldbook

This works because CHMO is available to PyOBO directly as an ontology, and IUPAC GoldBook was added as a custom source in biopragmatics/pyobo#436. This command doesn't have to be run again by you, since the predicted mappings are already committed to the repository.

I will give you a tutorial on how the curation interface works, but you could already start by running the following commands locally:

$ git clone https://github.com/biopragmatics/biomappings.git
$ cd biomappings
$ pip install -e .[web]
$ biomappings web
