Major update

Update correct name of ubuntu packages

Remove repo.mysql.com and updated default-mysql-client

Remove COPY onvif_tool

Change libopencv versions from 4.5 to 4.2

Change BLUECHERRY_GIT_BRANCH to BLUECHERRY_GIT_BRANCH_TAG

Hard code bluecherry version (need to fix!)

Ignore SSL

Remove my.cnf

Install php-curl and php-gd

Start mysql on startup

Fighting with github actions...

Add mariadb container for build

Use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost (github action requires this)

Fix incorrect placement of steps:

Don't create a duplicate root mysql user

Fix health check

Add mysqladmin ping to check connection problems..
