Udacity Small Data course (https://www.udacity.com/course/small-data--cd12528) transfer learning project. The main task was to fill in transfer_learning_template.py to produce transfer_learning.py. The goal was to classify vacation pictures using transfer learning starting from the VGG16 neural network model using PyTorch.
