When other developers contribute to
release-toolsthey may not know about the method: pip/gem packages are maintained in the Dockerfiles.ci_boost_release.pycan be misleading, containing multiple "install" functions, which are quite out-of-date, with the wrong versions.Don't merge this pull request until after the next boost release.
