Summary of Changes

Hello @rthellend, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request systematically updates the project's Go runtime environment and its various dependencies. The primary goal is to ensure the application leverages the latest stable versions of Go and its associated modules, as well as a key frontend library. This helps in maintaining compatibility, incorporating performance enhancements, and addressing potential security vulnerabilities by staying current with upstream releases.

Highlights

  • Go Version Upgrade: The core Go language version has been upgraded from 1.25.2 to 1.25.6 across the project's configuration and Docker environments.
  • Go Module Dependency Updates: Numerous Go modules, including several golang.org/x packages (e.g., crypto, image, net, sys, term, time, text), github.com/c2FmZQ/storage, github.com/google/go-tpm, prometheus packages, and google.golang.org/protobuf, have been updated to their latest versions.
  • Frontend Dependency Update: The exifreader JavaScript dependency in the PWA's package.json and package-lock.json has been updated from 4.32.0 to 4.36.1.

Code Review

This pull request updates the Go version to 1.25.6 and refreshes various Go and NPM dependencies. The changes are applied consistently across the Docker and docker-compose files. I have one suggestion to also update the Go version specified in go.mod to maintain project-wide consistency.
