Adds an Add-network page (with hidden SSID support) and a per-network detail page reached by tapping the active Wi-Fi network. The detail page exposes auto-connect, forget, and IPv4 configuration (DHCP / custom DNS / manual). Introduces the M3TextField control used by both pages.
