Adding a Celo mainnet
Celo mainnet is a blockchain network that transitioned from a L1 (based on a fork of go-ethereum) to a L2 (based on a modified version of OP rollup). More details about the migration process.
We have a genesis for celo mainnet L2, but this genesis can be used to sync a node using snap syncing. This genesis does not contain the full state of Celo blockchain when it evolved to a L2.
