speccoll.py is an example executeable python script which defines the geometry

A polygon is given by four array pairs of coordinates, polygons are pushed
into an array of polygons and then poly::light is called on all combinations
twice to determine the two bounce lighting

speccoll_std is a representation of the "standard" MOLLER collimation

speccoll_merge is a representation of Rakitha's Collimator-1 Design-1 from
ELOG 352

showcolls.py is an example of drawing a representation
