Add Catppuccin themes

Description

I've ported the Catppuccin themes to Cinny. This PR adds a dependency (@catppuccin/palette), which just provides color values for the themes.

Light themes added:

• Catppuccin Latte

Dark themes added:

• Catppuccin Frappé
• Catppuccin Macchiato
• Catppuccin Mocha

Type of change

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• This change requires a documentation update
