This pr is for Golang. Pkg.go.dev doesn't need any packaging, it just acts as a proxy for any Go project README. Crates.io requires GitHub account, that's okay. Pub.dev requests Google account instead, only if I can find a way to create one anonymously. |

This patch would add this repo to pkg.go.dev, which has not been blocked for long.
