Adds an Updates release note announcing the Connection Timeline drawer in the Codat Portal.

Why it matters

  • Self-serve diagnostics for bankers and support. Until now, status pills told users the current state of a connection but nothing about how it got there. The timeline closes that gap.
  • Companion docs for portal-ui #346 (PEP-1418). The feature has shipped — this is the public-facing announcement.

What's in this PR

  • blog/260528-connection-timeline-drawer.md — the release note, following the existing Portal update format (lede → What's new → Who is this relevant for → How to get started).
  • 3 screenshots in static/img/updates/: a completed timeline, an unlinked timeline (rendered side-by-side), and the "Timeline not available" empty state for legacy connections.
  • blog/authors.yml — new brucepouncey: author entry.
  • cspell.json — adds rgba to the dictionary (used in the inline image styling).

Test plan

  • npm start renders the post without errors
  • Screenshots load and pick up the curved-outline image styling (matches the rest of the doc)
  • Author byline + avatar render correctly
  • cspell, prettier, link-check all pass in CI

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Documents the new per-connection Timeline drawer in the Codat Portal,
including the chronological transitions view, connection picker, current
status / last sync summary, and the empty state for legacy connections.
Also adds Bruce Pouncey to blog/authors.yml and "rgba" to the cspell
dictionary.

Not saying this isn't necessarily, but do we have a skill to get Claude to write in 'Codat-style'? AI by default usually has a writing style that screams "this was written by AI".

Not but we should! And it should be a skill.

- Reframe the legacy-connections heading from "Honest about data gaps
for older connections" to "Older connections fill in over time"
(positive framing, matches the self-healing language already in the
  section body).
- Drop the fr-CA availability line per Phil's feedback.

Worth @avanjani-codat giving this a once over but I'm happy with how it looks!
