Upgrade instructions for upgrading from cosmoshub-2 to cosmoshub-3 have been moved to the repository under docs/migration/cosmoshub-2.md. The document can be found here.
Going forward, any and all migration instructions will be documented in the repository in order to facilitate collaboration with the community.
