ingestr v1 started using the Functional Source License 1, which prevents commercial use for two years. omniload keeps using the MIT license 2. The patch mostly includes a sweeping rename operation s/ingestr/omniload/, because the interface is 99% the same like before.

Hi. Because recent commits to main have been coming from your pens, may I also humbly ask you to review and approve this patch, @hammerhead and @kneth, possibly with support from @florinutz?

ingestr v1 started using the Functional Source License [1], which
prevents commercial use for two years. omniload keeps using the
MIT license.
