Run from terminal

gradle run

Run from intellij

-Edit run configurations
-Add new gradle configuration
-Add gradle project
-Add task run

Change controllers

-Go to GuiMain and change useOpenLoop variable to "false" to use the feedback controller, leave it to use open loop
