Greatly inspired from TJ's config.

This config needs a few external tools to work properly:

• bibtool (not supported by Mason)
• A nerd font to support dev symbols

I'm using a Planck EZ keyboard with a custom layout, so keymaps might seems a little strange for a normal keyboard.
