Enables update of the additional following:
The PRs will now come in groups rather than per package update (Konflux PRs currently do this by default).
Exceptions to the renovate PRs:
tests/registry/**orbuild-tools/**Schedule is set to run daily during the Konflux mintmaker hours (7pm-2am), excluding Konflux which is still only Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is subject to change depending on ongoing volume of PR updates.
