This is supposed to be a comprehensive Solarized Light theme port that fully uses [Xterm 256 color palette][1]. [1]: https://ethanschoonover.com/solarized/#the-values

Thanks for adding Solarized Light to Kitty 😍
This is a follow-up on #19 as 37d1a52 uses colors from extended Xterm palette as bright colors of standard ANSI 16 color palette.
I've ported all the colors from the Solarized Light theme (both ANSI and Xterm) for maximum accuracy.
