Add three reference articles following the DNS reference article format: - Domain Transfer Reference: covers process, requirements, timelines, and restrictions - Domain Expiration Reference: covers grace periods, redemption periods, and deletion periods - Domain Registration Reference: covers requirements, restrictions, and validation Update domains.yaml to include the new reference articles in a Reference section.

Add three more reference articles for the domains category: - Domains Glossary: comprehensive glossary of domain-related terms - Domain Transfer Code Reference: reference for transfer codes/authorization codes - Domain Contact Types Reference: reference for domain contact types (registrant, admin, technical, billing) Update domains.yaml to include the new reference articles.
Replace detailed explanations with links to dedicated reference articles: - Remove authorization code details from domain-transfer-reference.md, link to domain-transfer-code-reference.md - Remove registrant contact details from domain-registration-reference.md, link to domain-contact-types-reference.md This eliminates duplication and keeps each reference article focused on its specific topic.

This PR adds three reference articles for the domains category, following the same format as the DNS reference articles.

Domain Expiration Reference (): Reference article covering the formal structure, periods, and key technical details of domain expiration and recovery
Domain Registration Reference (): Reference article covering the formal requirements, restrictions, and key technical details of domain registration
Updated to include the new reference articles in a "Reference" section
These articles follow the Diataxis framework (Reference type) and APA Style guidelines, consistent with other reference articles in the codebase.
