- Implement artifact tracking in the `artifacts.py` module. - Enhance `ConfiguredChatAgent` to support artifact tracking based on configuration and environment variables. - Update `get_procrastinate_app` to include artifact tracking parameters. - Create example application and blog post demonstrating the use of artifact tracking. - Add configuration file `kosmos.toml` for artifact tracking settings.

Introduce artifact management APIs, enhance CLI with cancel/stop commands, and improve logging and context management for CrewAI. Update documentation and versioning accordingly.
