• feat: add plugin for cerbos client
• ci: run cerbos test in the ci
• docs(cerbos): add example for cerbos

used @cerbos/http instead of @cerbos/grpc only beacuse I didn't know if call to cerbos in the closer context are performed from backend or frontend:

• http works on web and backend
• grpc work only on backend but with better performance
