Add Brood Box and go-microvm

Adds two open-source projects from Stacklok:

• Brood Box (alphabetical position: B, between AgentOps and Chidori) — CLI for running AI coding agents inside hardware-isolated microVMs with snapshot isolation, egress control, and MCP authorization.
• go-microvm (alphabetical position: G, between Fixie and Helicone) — Go SDK for running microVMs via libkrun with embedded runtime, rootfs management, and guest networking.

Both are Apache-2.0 licensed and actively maintained.
