Adds sqbyl to the Libraries section. sqbyl is an open-source (MIT) toolkit to build, evaluate, and iterate on text-to-SQL agents over your own database: deterministic execution-based scoring, LLM judges as advisory triage, and dev/test separation enforced as a CI code boundary so the held-out accuracy number is defensible.
