this is really cool and simple! thanks for looking into that and setting it up. interesting that no containerization is required and it still works! FYI the action run cost €0.08 =)

Yeah, it’s really nice that the Snakemake action takes care of all of that.

Nice to know! So, running the action on every push (instead of triggering it manually) is probably cheaper in total. 😄

Unsure. Let's keep it manual for now ( I'm also a bit annoyed by getting an email whenever some test fails and I'm not interested in fixing it rn. For example, linting. ^^).
