Internal changes

• Update build system for compatibility with Companion 4
• Also updated the build system from yarn to pnpm (yarn seems to not work well on my Mac)
• Migrated the ValueSeparator to just a serialised JSON array (mitigating the chance of error from sentinel value inclusion).
