Windows does not like paths ending with a dot, so it is not possible to checkout directory from git on windows.
Some of the files had filenames longer than 250 charrs, causing problems to checkout on windows.

With the current main branch it is not possible to checkout the repo on windows.
(At least my) git for windows does not like paths ending with a dot.
So the checkout stops on the directory 'Proc. Eng.'
There was also some filenames longer than 250 chars, which lead to an error too.
So I renamed the directory 'Prpc. Eng.' to 'Process-Engineering' and deleted 44 duplicated files, removing thereby the files with the long filenames too.
