We're usually not the source of truth for subscriptions, state is stored in Postgres. We have a cache when we store the alert query we generate based on what is given to us when creating the alert, as well as internal details.
This is not something we want to expose, it's internal details related to the EAP and won't help the product side much. I think you'd want to look at Postgres to get details about an alert.
