Adding a "turn off point" option, being amount of pixels, under which all items will be moved outside the dropdown. Also, added `event.target.parentNode !== _this.querySelector(navDropdownToggle)` condition in case the toggle button contains inner element (e.g. `span` or `i` being font icon).

Adding a "turn off point" option, being amount of pixels under which all items will be moved outside the dropdown (so it works just opposite to the "breakPoint" option).
Also, added
event.target.parentNode !== _this.querySelector(navDropdownToggle)so the toggle button can still work properly when it has some inner element (e.g.spanoribeing font icon).
