Here, `url` specifies the Harness pipeline, and `inputset` are the parameters provided by the user, to be used as an input for the pipeline mentioned in the URL.

If the target pipeline **uses templates** (pipeline templates or stage templates), you must use **fully qualified variable paths** in `inputset` keys.
Example: use `pipeline.variables.project_name` instead of `project_name`.
If you don’t use the fully qualified path, the inputs may not resolve correctly for template-based pipelines.
