What does this PR do?

The PR implements a pipeline for Lumina-DiMOO, an omni foundational model for seamless multimodal generation and understanding. This implementation integrates a Lumina-DiMOO switch for T2I, I2I editing, and MMU.

Hi @yiyixuxu , thanks for reviewing this PR and sorry for the delayed response. I've rebased the branch onto the latest main and resolved all conflicts. Please let me know if there's anything else that needs to be updated. Happy to make changes as needed!
