Finally going towards qt6 via pyside6, python 3.13

Notes:

  • Needed to fiddle around with image conversion (qimage2ndarray, QImage to numpy). Doing it manually resulted in reproducible results. Flaky using the library - not easy to construct a repro though - seems to require multiple tests in sequence.

Todos:

  • open issue about updating the ilastik env in tests.
