- actions/checkout v5 -> v6 - docker/setup-buildx-action v3 -> v4 - docker/login-action v3 -> v4 - docker/build-push-action v6 -> v7 All Node 24 runtime / input-compatible bumps; clears the deprecated Node 20 runners and keeps actions on their current major.

Brings all third-party GitHub Actions up to their current major (clears the deprecated Node.js 20
runners). All bumps are Node-runtime / input-compatible — no workflow input changes.
