Route Play/Pause to the audio mini-player on the Home screen

Summary

Follow-up to #971. Route remote Play/Pause from the home screen to the visible audio mini-player. The Home Quick Play fallback still needs to be preserved when the mini-player is not visible before this draft is ready.

Changes

• Route Home-row remote Play/Pause to active audio playback while the mini-player is visible.

Testing

• Ran npm run build successfully.
• Sideloaded local build 3.2.3.1024.0254.
• Verified remote Play/Pause pauses and resumes the visible audio mini-player from the home screen.

@1hitsong On Home, remote Play/Pause should control the visible audio mini-player regardless of which tile has focus. OK will continue to activate the focused tile, and when the mini-player is hidden, Play/Pause will retain the existing Quick Play behavior. Please confirm this is the intended interaction.
