yes indeed it's entirely untested and slightly tweaked, as is my way. I will be using this PR as a discussion point rather than a finished product, as there's several ways to run pulse and I'm open to feedback. For docker it makes sense to have it as a separate s6 foreground service. It may make more sense to let ubuntu autospawn it for jibri when chrome/chromium starts for fhe VM case, and I plan to experiment futher

👍 Some open for research topic: use pipewire instead of pulse. Since it's compatible with pulse, it should be easy(ish?) to test and see if it's any better. That said, we use so little of it (almost all plugins are disabled as we want zero audio filtering shenanigans) it may not matter...
