[feat] Add aliases for British spelling of colour#191

- Introduced 'colourblind_pal' as an alias for 'colorblind_pal'. - Added 'scale_colour_colourblind' and 'scale_fill_colourblind' functions to complement existing colorblind scales. From #180 Authored by @hangonasecond
- Renamed `scale_colour_colorblind()` to `scale_colour_colourblind()` for consistency with British spelling. - Introduced `scale_color_colorblind()` as a deprecated alias for `scale_colour_colourblind()`. - Updated documentation and examples to reflect the new function names. - Added deprecation warnings for the old function names to guide users towards the new ones.
