added download continuing functionality to where if a user does a download, it will pop up with the next episode dialog. It will wait until the download is over before displaying the diaglog

Enabled the ability to continue to the next episode when downloading. It will wait for ffmpeg to finish the copy, then pop up the same dialog for going to the next episode like viewing the video does.
Extra commits are to attempt to get the files to the standard provided by the repo
