A package that reheats stale heat maps!
Defrosting typical heat map visualizations by adding an option to include Pearson and Spearman correlations in one heat map. The different correlation coefficients are defined by either an outline or by a rounded tile shape.
Reheating heatmaps to include Fisher Z transformations to calculate 95% confidence intervals, and allowing for the comparison of correlations using a single binary grouping variable. Non-overlapping correlation coefficients are denoted by an outline.
