Motivation
This link adds a practical, open benchmark methodology focused on delivery friction diagnostics (decision, review, infrastructure, release, debt drag + flow signals).
It complements existing KPI/DORA-style resources in the list by helping teams identify likely bottlenecks early, before deeper metric programs or intervention plans.
