Switch to webdriver-manager so the script auto-downloads the matching ChromeDriver and avoids version mismatch failures.
Normalize proxy strings to enforce explicit schemes, preventing Selenium from rejecting bare ip:port entries.
Update requirements.txt and docs so users install dependencies via pip install -r requirements.txt.
