- Bump prism to version 1.8.0 and update other gem versions in Gemfile.lock. - Modify location hash generation in code_file.rb to include column information. - Change refresh_scopes_if_needed to perform a full refresh in project_manager.rb. - Refactor code_file_spec.rb to improve test structure and add tests for location ranges.
