docs: add Tigris to S3 blob storage deployment options

Summary

Hey! 👋 This PR adds Tigris as a deployment option on the S3 / Blob Storage configuration page, following the same format used for AWS S3, MinIO, and Cloudflare R2.

• Adds "Tigris" to the intro paragraph listing managed services
• Adds a Tigris section with example environment variables between Cloudflare R2 and Azure Blob Storage
• Adds Tigris to the bucket lifecycle policy list with a link to their lifecycle docs

Why

MinIO's open-source repo was archived in February 2026, and self-hosters are looking for S3-compatible alternatives. Tigris is S3-compatible with zero egress fees and a free tier (5 GB). The page's "Other Providers" section already invites PRs for new providers — this fills that gap with a concrete example.

Test plan

• Verified env var names against worker/src/env.ts and worker/src/features/evaluation/s3StorageClient.ts in the main Langfuse repo
• Follows existing section format (description, example config, callout)
• Single file change to content/self-hosting/deployment/infrastructure/blobstorage.mdx
