Add dot/format progress and re-run error summary

Ability to use dot/progress output instead of progress bar and a matching step and feature summary of any failures after a re-run - matching the experience of using behat with format=progress

Progress behavior is now:

• default remains the existing Symfony progress bar
• --dot-progress option to use dots/progress format
• --no-progress still wins in the upstream branch if combined
• --show-rerun-failed makes rerun failures print even with --no-errors-summary
