Replace outdated IM subcategories (Skype, Snapchat, Kik, YikYak) with modern platform coverage: Telegram (5 tools), Discord (2), WhatsApp (2), Signal/Phone Lookup (1), Slack (3), WeChat/LINE (6), Chat Archive Analysis (1), and Resources (1). Total: 21 tools across 8 subcategories. Closes THE-50. Research from THE-42 and THE-62. Co-Authored-By: Paperclip <noreply@paperclip.ing>
