Previous commit truncated the file by mistake. This restores the full file and applies only the intended change.

Updated this PR to reduce the diff to the intended change only. An earlier push had re-encoded some unrelated entries ( I also tightened the entry name from "All 58 US Sex Offender Registries" to "58 US Sex Offender Registries": 58 is the roster we query, and "all" overstated it. |

Adds Offendersearch (https://offendersearch.app) alongside the existing FamilyWatchdog and National Sex Offender Search entries under Public Records > Court / Criminal Records. It searches all 58 US sex-offender registries — every state, DC and the territories — in one query and returns scored, de-duplicated results with a link to the official registry record behind each match. Free to use (no card required), which fits the framework free/public-access criterion.
