A shift plugin already exists (see https://runelite.net/plugin-hub/show/shift-remapping) but the "Press Enter to Chat" feature does not work as expected when both Key Remapping Plus and Shift Remap are active at the same time.
This PR brings associated functionality under the same umbrella and fixes this issue.
