This allows use of [`toPromise()`](http://martyjs.org/api/stores/index.html#fetch-result-toPromise) when constructing `fetchResult` objects [manually](http://martyjs.org/api/stores/index.html#fetch_pending) inside a store without relying on the store's `this.fetch()`. Very important for unit testing.
