Request: QGC Config parameter to manage the "new firmware available" notifications on connect

Feature Description

The "New firmware notification" is annoying, especially if I disconnect/connect multiple times per day.
How I see the new config option in the "General" section:
Name: "New flight controller firmware notifications"
Values:
On every connection (default)
Once per day
Once per week

+ a checkbox "Skip minor versions" (like Ardupilot 4.7.0 -> 4.7.1).

I can handle creation of a PR for this feature, if the feature itself gets approved.
